Monica Cueva

Monica is a native of McAllen, Texas. As the daughter of immigrant parents, she is a passionate advocate for the migrant community. Prior to joining the Garcia Ramirez team, Monica worked at a non-profit organization specializing in work with Unaccompanied Immigrant Children. Monica specializes in criminal and civil matters and in their connection to pending immigration cases. She also has practice in family based immigration and removal defense.
